Hunting calls, that is...

I broached this topic in another thread, but didn't get any bites. Thought I'd try again.

Do you make any of your own hunting calls? If so, what kind?

I'm especially looking for tips on box calls for turkey, but heck, I'll try to make just about anything.

Here's the first call I made--a paddle call out of mahogany.

Won't be able to help you much but, when I am out in the woods and happen to get gas, I have notice I can replicate a bucks grunt. :neener:

My grandfather made box calls, I have two of them he made. Unfortunately he is no longer around to teach me the tricks of the trade. In time, I plan on trying to replicate those too. :D
