sun was shining! and WA was a shootin machine, once he got his M41B sniper rifle adjusted properly, his pet load (Lapua cases, 140gr SMKs, Fed 210s, 43.8gr RL22, OAL 3.070) churned out 5 shot groups, dead on windage, 2 inches high at 100, AS FOLLOWS..

.955
.931
.616
and....discarding a clearly called flyer on the first round.....the next 4 shots in a clover.... .476

WA is a fat and happy hooky playing boy today...

Even the M38 popped a 2 incher with cheaper factory loads and open sights!

I feel good for you - nice work. Things can get "gooderer" when you give yourself a meritorious day off - I get rid of all kinds of crankiness when I get to slip away for the day.

Shoot more, smile more.

Let's hope it's not a KODIAK moment... not exactly a "Care Bear".:D
