I do not have a Hornady manual and need some data for pushing the 105 grain AMAX. I have BLC2, W760, IMR 4064 and 4895 on hand. I should be using 4350 I'm sure. My plan was to try:
32-36g BLC2 or
34-39 4895 or
34-38 4064 or
38-43 760 or
Do these numbers seem safe and or appropriate? They are based on the Lyman manual for a 100g boattail, it seems like .5 grain differences don't required charge reduction. Does anyone have any experience with the AMAX and the 6mm Rem?
Is this strictly a match bullet?

Just out of curosity, you shooting paper or something a little more tenacious?

Paper, until I establish the accuracy of my loads. Then probably varmint or neck shot on unwanted deer in our fields. I got some responses on this bullet on another forum, still need folks input on the load data as I have no chronograph or means for pressure testing. I'll probably buy the Hornady manual today.
