Well, I know we occasionally get these kinds of threads here bringing light to a negative interaction with a company. Sometimes it appears warranted and sometimes it does not. This seems like a pretty clear case of stubborn company that refuses to admit they made a mistake. This happened to a fellow XD shooter over at www.hs2000talk.com. He's a good guy as is the guy who sold him the sights. The guy who sold him the sights and tried to get the money refunded is called ajamesp51 over there at the website.
Anyway, you should read the following two threads over at the forum if you're at all considering TruGlo. I personally would not do business with a company who seems to think so lowly of their customers but you can read for yourself and decide. I think ajamesp51 did a pretty good job of presenting their side of the story on page 4 of the second thread here.

Either way they should, at the very least, have warned people that some gun cleansers will melt the pipets. Most fiber-optic sights will stand up to them but apparently not the TruGlos and the company knew this but didn't include any warnings on the packaging or documentation and then refused to get this guy a new set of sights. Anyway..you can read for yourself above.
