newbie IPSC wonders about sks

I'm wanting to go into some kind of competitive shooting with revolvers and sks's. Does anyone use sks's for these sports?:confused:

Some places will put on carbine side matches or two-gun/three-gun events with ranges that an SKS can reach. Only the clubs you can get to can tell you for sure.
