Well, it's been long enough...time to have a second (not so annual)
"Bob's Bullets & Brats"

The first event was pretty darn fun and a LOT of ammunition was sent downrange.

It's time to re-charge...the weather is SOOOOO nice...Karli & I have decided to have another "day at the range".

Saturday, September 25th----9:30am 'til....well, we'll quit when were out of ammo or it gets too dark to safely shoot.

If you are interested, my range/farm is up near Smithville, MO.

Please drop me an e-mail with your name & number. I'll get you all the information regarding the shoot as well as directions.

E-mail me at:

vonfatmanNOSPAMPLEASE@kcnet.com

(just remove the NOSPAMPLEASE from the address above before you send me a message)

Hope to see lots of friends and to meet some new ones!

Oh, and we have a few more steel plates to shoot at since BB&B #1.

Bob

Hey...this is great.
Looks like we will exceed the first "annual" event in terms of attendees...now we just need to keep the fingers crossed for weather as nice as the first event.

ponyexpress,
You bet, just drop me a line if you need directions.

Could you please put me on your next time list also. I used to live in KC and still get up there every couple of months to visit family and friends. Was going to talk to the wife about coming up next weekend but we have guests coming in from out of town. Like the looks of your set-up. I know if my schedule allows it I could talk the wife into a trip. Just have to tell here she will be able to see her nephew and sister.:D

Thanks,
Bill

wmenorr67,
No problem, you are on "the list" for the next shoot...no date yet, but we have good weather in the fall (usually) so maybe we can do one late fall...if not, for sure this spring.

Of course we got 1.75" last night!

I second that! Last night they were predicting a high of 76 with sunny skies. Doesn't get much better than that.

Let me offer a huge thanks to Bob and his wife Karli
The food was great, and the people were even better.
I'm glad little Triston(sp) finally settled down and had a good time :)
What an adorable future shooter.

I certainly look forward to future THR gatherings and time spent on Bobs excellent range :)

Thanks again.

Thanks for having us out Bob!

I think I can safely speak for everyone and say we had a great time!

Weather was great, brats were terrific. Shooting was excellent.

Can't wish for much of a better way to spend a Saturday.

Another shout out to Bob and Karli for the great hospitality and generosity. It was good to meet fellow enthusiasts, shoot, and talk shop. . . plus, grilled brats . . . mmmm. . . . brownies . . . I had to seriously work to keep from over-eating. Thanks again.

Thank you from me as well. I had a great time and really enjoyed myself. Besides that, I don't think I've ever said "I've got to get me one of those..." so many times before in my life.

Yeah that's the only drawback to being able to "play" with so many fun "toys"...
You want to fill your toychest full of them :D
