CA Bay Area folks -- a little help please?

Hi!
I'm going to be down in your neck of the woods this coming weekend and the Monday following. I was hoping to show off a new M14/M1A gizmo for the 3-gun shooters there.
I realize this is late notice, but can any of y'all tell me of stores, clubs, or individuals that might be interested that I could talk to? I may even have one or two free samples for folks that do some regular competition with said rifle.. :)
Thanks for your help!

You can try Frank Tabor in San Bruno. 650-589-0505. Frank himself is more into CAS though.

There is a gun show in the San Jose Fairgrounds this weekend, Feb 22-23rd. The Fairgrounds is on the south side of Camden/Tully Road, between Monterey Road on the west, and 10th Street on the east.
There is also a Cowboy Long Range match over at the 200yard Metcalf range, but I doubt anyone would be shooting any M1As there. I'm interested in your gizmo.... you have a description and pictures? Me and a buddy use M1As for our 'tactical rifle' day events. I guess you can call it a 3-gun match, even though we usually leave the shotgun behind.

Kaylee,
Check with Tom Frenkel at Buff87@aol.com. He is head of the range use at the Richmond Rod and Gun club and he can tell you whether there will be enough 3 gun people at Saturday practice or the Sunday IDPA match to make a stop by worth your while.
Or you might just drop on by to watch me fill in the bottom of the IDPA bell curve.

One thought would be to talk to the guys at Miltech (http://www.miltecharms.com/). Don't know if 3-gun is their thing as they do restoration of the M1 and others, but they may know where to point you.
Other places to call near San Jose:

Met with Ed at Miltech again today - his vote is for Sunnyvale Rod and Gun Club as the best place around - that's where MilTech tests their stuff.
Larry - Jim at Miltech said he ran into you the other day - that is, if you are a very tall guy who knows his stuff. :)

I know this is probably already on your mind, but are you bringing an M14/M1A with you? If so, make sure you have your PRK legal muzzle break on it. I would hate to see you get busted for bringing an assault weapon into the state.
What is this thingy? I am interested.

Sven, I ran into Jim at the range twice this week. I am tall, but I think he was just being polite on the second issue. He did ask if you were going to pay for the tour by buying something... :D
