Tapco (http://www.tapco.com) sells the G2 Fire Control Group (http://www.tapco.com/product_information.asp?number=AK0651&back=yes&dept=39&last=39) that fits in SAR's just fine.

Red Star Arms (http://www.redstararms.com/) also sells a highly regarded fire control group. (http://www.redstararms.com/488.htm)

You can read a complete illustrated tutorial on how to replace the fire control group and fix your trigger slap problem on this web site:

I'll second the recommendation for the Tapco G2 FCG. Your SAR-1 will use a single-hook FCG.
