sks in NJ?

Anybody know if it is legal to buy an SKS in NJ? Haven't been able to find an "outlaw" list. Thanks!

You can, but not the ones modified to take AK mags.

I've seen them for sale...as long as they don't have detacheable mags.

short answer: SKS without a detachable magazine are legal.

detachable magazine SKS's are illegal.
