Received the other day, completely unsolicited, a mailing from Front Sight, not the magazine, but rather the Fire Arms Training and Residential facility in the Las Vegas area. Included therein was a DVD. I viewed what I suspect was most of the disc, finishing a few minutes ago.

The disc was certainly "hokey" as well as amounting to an example of a well done but shameless sales pitch for the programs and facilities offered. This aside, there was also some historical and factual material regarding gun rights and The Second Amendment which I believe are worth viewing, listening to and or seeing.

I suppose that one can "fast forward" past the commercials, however the other material is, I believe, worth the time, though you have likely heard, seen or read some of it before, in other forms. Use your own judgment.

In any case, should you get this material, the DVD strikes me as worth a look, allowing that it is, to some extent at least, a sales pitch.
