I admit I came home with 3 more 15 round Standard cap mags for my BHP. An excellent condition Winchester M-1 carbine and 6 30 round clips for it. I got three 12 round mags for my 40 cal Sigpro and 4 12 round mags for my Sig 229 in 357 Sig.

How well did you do on the prices for the mags? What I saw (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=102167) generally didn't look like too good a deal.

And are you going to join us for our soon to be rescheduled probably (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=92859) get together with your M1 carbine? :D

I had to shop for the mags. One of the tables had S African mags for 2 for 25. The carbine mags I bought from the owner of the carbine. The Sig Mags I got from one of the larger dealers. You are correct, a bunch of the dealers are still trying to get bigger bucks for them. Lots of scare tactice going on, buy now or Hillery will confiscate them, etc. If you want mags the best deal is to call Tom Forrest or CDNN.

Are you going to have a carbine shoot. Here in S Vista several of us have carbines and shoot the hell out of them.
