Gemtech M4-96D + LMT 10.5" barrel upper

Anyone have any experience with Gemtech M4-96D suppressors mounted on 10.5" barrels? I've read a few reports that Gemtech doesn't support or warranty use of their suppressor on a 10.5" barrel. I'll write them directly to ask, but thought I'd tap the group-mind here for feedback first.

I use my M4-96D on a Colt RO933 11.5" and M4 uppers. I had Dr. Dater mount the bi-locks on both to make sure the can aligns with the bore to minimize baffle strikes. Works like a charm.

Dr. Dater did say that a shorty mount and FA fire will increase erosion due to the whopping muzzle blast.
