I'm going with a tactical model because I plan on getting a suppressor to go with it. Never had an HK gun. What do you guys think about it?

USP45s are big. While I never played with a Tactical (2 Tac 4 Cali) I have shot the USP45F and Experts. Good, dependable guns if you don't mind a big table leg grip. Since I learned shooting on the USP and Beretta, it was no big deal to me. Some guys who grew up on 1911s find them unwieldy.

The only reason I'm going for the Tactical model at all (and HK for that matter) is that many silencers are made for them.

I own one. It was an impulse purchase after a buddy of mine got one.... and well you can't have better guns than I do. :rolleyes:

I think that it is an extremely cool gun that looks uber tactical and shoots very well. I have also found that after the coolness wears off i shoot my Kimber about 2 -3 times as much as my HKs. My .45C fits my hand the best but I still shoot the kimber better and more.

the Tactical is something that can add to a collection and get oohhhs and ahhhs from your buddies. I am kind of thinking of selling mine since I want to get another Kimber and don't have the money. However I am only thinking of selling this because I am trying to live my Handgun life by..."If I can't conceal carry it, i probably don't need it."
