Taking Guns to Another State

I live in Tennessee but will be spending a good deal of time in California. What are my options for getting some of my handguns to California? I will not be selling them or giving them away. I want to have a few guns to shoot in CA. I would only take guns which take mags with a capacity of 10 rounds or less. I fly to CA, I do not drive. Thanks for your comments.
