I need some load help for my first shot at reloading. I am using all of my uncles supplies. This is for a S&W 642. I've got 148 grain DEWC from Speer, Accurate Powder #5 and #7, and winchester primers. His Lyman book doesn't have a listing for those powders. This is what I came up with. Is it safe?

148 gr. DEWC
OAL = 1.252
AA5 start 4.5 gr. to max of 5.0 gr.

I've got about 1/2 a pound of #5, or if I can come up with a load for #7, I've got about 5 pounds. Thanks for any help.

Go here for data:

Side note: Hmmm, it appears that Western Powder has bought out Accurate Arms powder!

Thanks. That's pretty much where I got my data. I just wondered if it jived with anyone else's manuals or experience.
