Update, Muskegon County, October 6, 2004, 5:24 p.m.) A teenager who was shot after an alleged break-in at a store in an Egelston Township store last month will face charges.
Seventeen-year-old Scott Allen Lamb faces breaking and entering charges as well as being in possession of burglary tools.
The owner of the store shot Lamb after the break-in at D and M Produce located in the 900 block of South Maple Island Drive.
Prosecutors say the owner had a right to defend himself and will not be charged.
Lamb suffered a wound to his shoulder.
