OK, I've just got a SRH in 454 and I'm looking to cook up some loads with it. Problem is the 250 Gr XTPs I got for it are a little lean in the load data. Anyone have any pet loads for this bullet weight? Particularly in H-110 (my preffered magnum pistol powder).

I've worked up a test batch of loads with my 250 gr and WC820, a military ball powder for 30 carbine that is similar to H-110 in it's pressure curve. Test charges are from 22.6 gr to 27.3 gr, which is my estimated max based on previous performance of this lot in .50 AE and .44 Mag which has been to use a 16% lower charge to reach H-110 max load velocities.
Can't wait to get out, set up the chrono, and find out what they do. I'll be sure to report back.

I got some interesting results chronoing my test loads.
22.6 gr: 1050 FPS
23.8 gr: 1250 FPS
25.0 gr: 1550 FPS
26.2 gr: 1600 FPS
27.3 gr: 1600 FPS
My WC820 doesn't look like it's up to full power duty. I'm guessing it's a little too slow because there were no pressure signs or signifigant extra recoil in the last 3 batches. Just more smoke and flame.
It will be a good powder for general usage and I'll probably make 25.0 gr of WC820 my standard loading. For full power loads it looks like I'll have to use the "real deal" Hodgdon H-110.
