Lookin to suppress a nine

Do I have to buy special subsonic ammo, or can I use Winchester White box or std vel ammo? Assuming I'm using very high quality suppresor like the AAC with -40 dB reduction wet.

Gun I'm thinking about using is Beretta 92.

Most any 147gr. bullet is subsonic.
