I downloaded forms for the Curious and Relics permit off the Cruffler site -- if I spelled it right. However, seeing that it's just never updated and no one answers e-mail -- ever -- I'm not sure if I'm missing something. If there an additional sheet I need stating that I'm a resident and citizen of the U.S? If anyone knows, please send along the link so I can download it. Thank you.

I got my forms direct from the ATF.

Go to their site, fill in a few things and the forms will be mailed to you within a few days if I remember correctly.

Fill them out, send them in.......and wait :D

Took a little less than two months to get my C&R license. Right now I'm in the process of stuffing envelopes with copies of my license.

I called the ATF number and asked them to send me the forms for both C&R and FFL. Had them in a week.
