Well, after talking long with Old Soldier, and a few other people who told me the same thing, (but not as well as OS ) I deprimed resized, and belled a couple of cases to check my bullet seater. After very little trial and error, (heavier on the error, of course) I got it to seat at 1.149 consistantly, with no crimp. Then I adjusted the factory crimp die for a light crimp, which removed the bell just fine.
I upped the load, (advice from several people who know Accurate powder better than me!) to 4.4gr, and loaded 49. Why 49? Well, coffee is nectar of the gods, but caffinated reflexes can do bad things to open topped cases filled with powder....hence 49 rounds...oops. Spill cleaned up and disposed of in water.
I taper crimped all 49, and ran first and last through the barrel - perfect fit. OAL ranged from 1.145 to 1.149 much better than last time.
By Jove, I think I've got it! Well at least on this round for this load....Gotta get to the range soon.....waitaminit, should I load some more of this load first????

Nope. Range first. Why load more if you don't know how they'll shoot yet?

Once its shooting like you want, then load all ya can.
