Tell me if this is realistic...

I'm thinking about selling my G26 because I don't like it anymore. I think it's too small for my hands and I may go with the 19 (and it's regular capacity mags) in the future.

It has ~800 rounds through it, bought new earlier this year. I have 3 mags, all with Pearce grip extensions. I have the box, manual, cleaning stuff that came with it.

It has a 3.5# connector and extended slide stop; I still have the stock pieces and would include that with it.

It's never been dropped or carried. It's only been at the range.

With that being said, is $400 too much to ask for it?

I'm not saying that I need to sell it but I'm trying to get an idea of what to ask for.

You should be able to get that for it. make sure you post it on Glocktalk as well though.

I sold mine a few months ago and got about that much.

$400 sounds like t he top end of reasonableness,... not a great deal, but certainly fair.

I've bought dozens of Glocks, and always look for the good used ones.

$400. is quite fair, IMO....and exactly what I paid for all of mine.

And.....I'm looking to pick up a G26 in a few weeks. Tell me you're not in Arizona....

It must depend on your area--I can buy a new one here anytime for around $430.

$400 for a nice used G-26 is a really fair price around here. I was in the market for one before the AWB died and I would have bought one if I could have found one for only $400. Now I am looking at a G-19 because I always liked them better and they are only a little bigger but hold 15 instead of just 10.

The G-26 is a stubby little brick.

Ditto that 400 is a very good price for here (South Carolina). The local LE only Glock shop sells them for 389 or so.

Around here, $375 is a good price for a used Glock without night sights... $400 to $425 for one with night sights. Add-on accessories usually don't contribute much to the sale price.

And I agree... I'd rather have a 19 than a 26... esp a 26 with mag extenders.

I posted a for sale ad on the forum and I'm asking for $420 shipped. Check it out in buy and sell. It comes with a Sidearmor IWB holster, 4 mag carriers, 3 mags all with Pearces. I think $420 is reasonable for a gun that has less than 1000 rounds through it.

You poor guy. I'll do you a favor and give you $250 for it. ;)
