3rd Annual Autumn Airgun Festival in Rockwall, TX.

Bring your airguns to shoot, swap or sell. There will be some dealers on hand, usually free air for the PCP shooters and free snacks/lunch.

About 100 folks showed up for free airgun shooting, free air for the "scuba-gun" shooters, free food, free drinks and lots of fun.

Did I mention it was all free?

Food was smoked brisket, smoked elk, smoked black-buck, smoked pork, hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos and various snacks. With the exception of the hamburger, hotdogs and brisket, all of the meat was from animals killed with high-power big bore airguns (.308 caliber and larger.) A selection of soft drinks was also available.

There was a Field Target course set up, a general firing line with tons of spinners, gongs and other targets, and a firing line for the big-bores away from the general area since they make so much more noise and are hard on the regular airgun targets.

If you're in the DFW area and have even a slight interest in airguns you owe it to yourself to put this on your calendar for next year. I'll post here when the date is set. You can see, handle, shoot (and probably even buy) a wider variety of airguns in an hour at this event then most people even know exist.

Not to mention you get to meet a ton of really nice folks.
