Judging from the lack of shadows and the overall lighting quality, I'd say it was a proffesional-class photographer. Probably contracted by S & W to shoot some publicity photos.

This photo came off THR or the Smith forum classified. It was a Mod 19 FOR SALE and had two other photos.
