Hey, Anyone own this one? I want to buy but smallest (30-32) is sitll big for me (my waist is 26-28) do you think it still fits? Can I modify (like, cut it and sew/glue) or its just not gonna happen?

You can't really cut them down, but it doesn't matter because you can easily use one that's 4"-6" too big. I have two myself, one 42" and one 36". Even though the 36" is closer to my actual size, I prefer the 42" as the greater overlap area makes it easier to fasten tightly.
