and then call, and write your senators. Arlen Spector is NOT a republican and shares NONE of our values. Want better judges? The process starts here.

Action steps

1) Specter must not Chair the Senate Judiciary Committee

2) I'd rather not have him in the committee at all.

3) Senate GOPers needs to take the pill and change Senate Rules so that judges get an up or down vote. No filibusters. No "Blue Cards."

The Republicans in the Senate need to tell the representatives of the Democratic (sic) party to sit down, shut up, and cooperate, or else lose all the pork for their states.

Except that pesky pro-gun value. :scrutiny:

Jim Quinn the morning host on 104.7 here in Pittsburgh went off on Specter yesterday and put out Frist's office phone number and asked his audience to let the Republican senate leader have it on Specter. Latest news is Frist hammered Specter over the comment. Right now Specter is walking around missing a piece of his backside and his tail is between his legs. Story goes that Frist told Specter in a conference call yesterday morning if he even looks sideways at one of Bushes Nominations he is gone off the committee in a blink of an eye. I don't think Snarling Arlen is going to take a chance of being tossed out of a committee chairmanship at the end of his career. Quinns listeners went off on both Arlen and Frists office. I heard by noon he was back tracking awfully fast on his earlier statement. He said his comments were taken out of context. Yeh right lying little Rino.

If you live by Akron, Wheeling, Somerset, Altoona, Johnstown or Pittsburgh you can hear him on your local stations. Or you can listen todays show through the Archive after 6 pm tonight. He's on 6 am to 10 am M-F. The liberals around here hate him almost as bad as Hannity. www.warroom.com
As soon as they get a satillite up link at the end of the year his show will be expanding across the nation.:neener:

ALS: I hope your info is right. I fired off a letter to Messrs. Frist, Chambliss, Miller, and Isakson as follows:
November 4, 2004

Dear Senator Chambliss:

As a concerned Republican and patriotic American, I must ask you to vote against Senator Arlen Spector as a member of the Judiciary Committee. We must not allow the Republicans-In-Name-Only to thwart the will of the American people and the mandate they have bestowed upon President Bush.

The coming four years are going to shape the next generation of American history, since President Bush will have to appoint several Supreme Court Justices.

I would urge you and your fellow senators to work to quickly confirm President Bush’s nominations of conservative Supreme Court Candidates.

Congratulations to all conservative Americans who worked towards a big GOP victory in 2004!

Very sincerely yours,
