Anyone make an Aperature mounted sight for the Remington 700 action. Or specifically, the model 7?

I think my next rifle will be a .308 model 7, Scouterized...

Doesn't someone make a detacheable mag conversion?

Lyman, Marble or Williams probably makes something that would work.

Instead of a detachable mag, you might get a stripper clip guide installed and use 5-shot stripper clips.

XS Sights makes one. There is one on E Bay right now for a pretty good starting bid. It's an older one when they where Ashley Outdoors.

Edited to add it looks like on the XS Sights home page there are different sight for the 700 and model 7. I guess the front sight highth woud be different.
