What does a fully loaded AR mag weigh?

Just wondering what (approx.) a 30 round (or 28 for you under-loaders) AR mag weighs?--that is fully loaded.

I'm trying to get an idea of what our GI's and Marines are lugging around weight-wise. I know they're wearing body armor, and that's not so light, plus grenades, a Camlebak or like system, and other odds and ends. But I'm sure they're carrying what, 8--10 mags on them? Wondering what that weighs?

I weighed two different makers, both weighed the same, just a hair shy of 16oz for 28 rounds and 16-1/4oz for 30. Lightweights. :) The AK's 7.62x39 mag weighs 29 oz loaded(30 rounds)
