Hmmm...the 1st Amendment upheld!

"The Supreme Court ruled 8-1 Wednesday that nationwide abortion protesters did not violate federal racketeering law.
The ruling is a major defeat for pro-abortion groups such as National Organization for Women, and a major victory for the anti-abortion movement and free speech."
How interesting...the SCOTUS upholds the 1st Amendment [who was the AJ who dissented?!?].
Should make the libertarians happy; but I wouldn't bet on it.
There's free speech...and then there's "free speech".

You know what'd really make me happy? Repeal of RICO altogether; what was supposed to be "only used to bring down the mob" has been used for everything but.
But, yes, I agree with the ruling. You wanna protest? Protest. You wanna tresspass? Prepare to be arrested for tresspassing; no need to drag out stupid federal laws to accomplish what's already covered by city ordinances.
