Hi Folks,
I have a Winchester 94 Trapper (16" barrel) in .44mag/.44special. I primary shoot it at about 100 yards or less and it's very handy and accurate within this range. However, I'm thinking about putting a low powered scope on the gun. I've never shot the gun with a scope - I've always used iron sites.
Can anyone provide some advice on selecting a good low powered scope and on mounting and sighting in the scope? I'm a complete novice when it comes to the use of optics with my guns. I'm interested in putting a low powered scope for more precise shooting (still within 100 or so yards).
