I know my three Yugo M59/66 SKSs are illegal in the PRK because of thier 'destructive device' rifle grenande launchers. I recently acquired an Israeli Mauser, and it came with a rifle grenade launghing attachment that bolts on to the bayonet lug on the rifle.
The rifle grenade launcher is not controlled in any way by the ATF. But is is illegal in the PRK?

yes it is illegal, just like the adaptors for the the M1 garand. If you already have the adaptor, just hide it in your home, the real problem starts when you bring a rifle out in public with a launcher intragal to the rifle. like the yugo sks

My guess is I could go shooting with whatever I want around my rural area and even if I ran into a cop they probably wouldn't care. I have never had anyone ask me about my guns or even ran into a game warden. The problem is if they raid your house for some other reason or for a specific reason and there it is. Speaking of which, I need to expend my "glowing bullets" just for that reason.

Oh, I've got a few of those as well. Picked them up off the ground at live-fire maneuver ranges and such.
Not that I have any intention of moving (back-I was born there) to the PRK. Just in case the Army sends me.
