I have found older posts by 4-5 days are not editable.
Will older posts "pre-conversion" be un editable?
Will the edit funtion be aged off on posts? What age settings will be used on the board? I may be looking in the wrong place if this has already been noted outside the default FAQ.

True, posts older than 4 days cannot be edited. It's been like that almost from day 1 of THR and didn't change with the upgrade.

The reason for the editing time window is to prevent someone from going back to a post months or even years old and changing the context of a thread. We figure if a member's thoughts and words should be solidified by the end of 4 days.

If a member has a good reason to edit one of their posts after the 4 day time period, a brief note to any moderator asking for the change will usually solve the problem.
