I think you need a permit, issued by the local police, to possess a fingernail that exceeds 1 centimeter. I doubt you can carry a rock....

You know, I think you're right. Since the UK laws all seem to focus on intent, carrying a rock would imply that you intended to hit someone with it, which would make it an offensive weapon, like Mace, or a knife. :scrutiny:
God forbid you ever use it for self-defense. (Did you intend to hurt him with that rock?) :barf:
