After sending my SIG P226 to Ernest Langdon for a trigger job a definitely can't have an auto with a sweeter trigger than my new carry revolver. So, what are my options, how much is it gonna cost, and who should I look at and stay away from?

I would spend no more than a sore finger. That trigger should smooth out nicely after a week or two so of shooting/dry firing.

Another option is if your "into" revolvers is that you can buy the Jerry Miculek trigger job tape and all tools to do your own for about the price of one trigger job. It's not that hard.

I did replace the springs on my 642 with a 1/2# lighter main spring and 13# rebound spring. Works very well for me, but of course I'd reccomend a lot of testing with carry ammo before I'd trust it.

Every guns individual I have a standard power Wolff mainspring that works with the hardest CCI magnum primers 100% in three guns, in the fourth one I even get light strikes on soft Federal Primered shells

Well, I'll play around with it for awhile then. However, this deployment will delay that for about twelve or so months...damn.
