I was thinking about putting a set of these on a J Frame and was wondering about durablity of them because they are held on to the gun by tension and not a screw fastener . Anbody have any feedback on these grips???

I've got them on a Model 60 also, just try getting them off without a spreader like the doohickey that comes with the grips. :)

Kahr carrier,
I shot a 340 at work 1000rds of american eagle 158 357 with these grips, hand hurt but the grips didn't look a bit different than when I started, tight as new.

I use one on my Smith 642and really like it.
Remember it's not only tension but the grip pins keeping it in place.

My 340 came with them. I tried them but did not like them, especially in front pocket carry. I replaced them with the Crimson Trace grips from my 649. Now I'm happy.
