Other than the finish, what is the difference between a Concept V which is stainless steel and a Hardchromed Premier II? I have a chance to buy either one or the other and can't tell if there is any difference other than the finish. I may be leaning a bit more toward the HardChrome for the superior corrosion resistance and additional lubricity.
Does anyone have any additional information? Thank you.
