This article is front page news today in the Tacoma (WA) News Tribune:
http://www.thenewstribune.com/news/crime/story/4208907p-4000533c.html After all the comments about the owner and how he was pretty much convicted in the news, this article sort of paints him in a different light.

The BATF sort of admits that they erred in the initial count of the number of guns that went missing and one agent infers that they were out to get Borgelt as opposed to finding the truth.

It's sort of a long read but worth looking at.

More news stories appeared, noting a domestic violence restraining order on Muhammad’s record should have prevented him from buying a gun, and that Malvo was an illegal immigrant. Laws should have stopped a sale.

See? That just proves we need more laws!

The problem with this story is, if you hadn't posted it here, we never would have heard about it. It will never get national attention and people will just go on believing some "evil" gun dealer is as much at fault as the bags who committed the crime. :fire:
