Strap lock - still around?

Once upon a time, I bought a product called a Strap lock, for a revolver. It was a safety strap that an adult could remove, but in theory a child could not. It was made out of rubber, and had a plug that went in the muzzle, and the back had a hole to go over the hammer. When you needed it, you would pull the handle on the plug and pull the strap off the gun.

I've got a friend who has a couple of small kids, and I think this would be a good item for her. However, I can't find it any longer. Anybody seen one, know if it's still available?

Thanks,

IIRC, some tests demonstrated that a determined kid could beat it. In fact, little kids have been found to be able to manipulate most handguns. Folks suggested that little kids couldn't load and rack a 1911, etc. and guess what - they could. They could pull heavy pull triggers also.

Nothing worked except denying access to the guns.

...in theory a child could not.

Unless, of course, the kid is bright enough to think of cutting the rubber with a knife or pair of scissors.
