I know that sounds like alot of guns but total cost to my door for all 7 guns plus shipping is only $570!

FAC has Yugo SKSs for only $99 and M44s for $42.

I will keep the best 2 SKSs and the better M44 and sell/trade the other for pistols. C&R is cool!

It also goes on to discuss the more broader purpose of expaning your collection and the purpose of your aquisition wich would eliminatie trade.

I thought I could buy more than I needed and keep the best ones. I didn't know I couldn't get rid of some of them right off the bat. Anyway, if I have to keep them all, it is no big deal. They are cheap. I could use them for firewood or garden stakes.:D

You ceratinly could sell them the law is bassed on your intent when you purchase them which is hard to prove unless you say it (like here in the forum) or somehow they notice allot of transactions. Ex. you buy 100 sks's. I dought anyone is out there enforcing this rule but it is better to be safe than sorry. Make sure you are keeping your bound book up to date.

Don't be so sure no one is watching or will follow up. Be very careful with abusing the terms of your C&R license. You could find yourself with some new friends who want to become very close to you in prison. The ATF has no sence of humor when it comes to firearms violations.:banghead:

In the strictest terms of the law, you are purchasing the rifles to enhance a collection. Some of the rifles you are purchasing might not enhance the collection as they are sight-unseen. It is therefore justifyable to purchase extra rifles to ensure the collectability of such rifles and sell them at another date. Your intent is not to "Be in the business" of selling firearms even by your first message. It is clear that you intend to purchase all of the rifles for entry into your collection but some might not meet the quality you require. C&R does not limit you in this manner. I'm not a lawyer, but I would not cancel your order for fear of the JBT's.

Thanks, I was actually kind of worried. I don't want to do anything that is illegal or will get me into trouble. I just want to get a lot of guns for cheap.:D That is why I got the C&R.

I think I understand the intent of the law better now. I did read the ATF stuff on the C&R but the "intent" part was fuzzy. It seems like if someone was to try and use their C&R to buy guns cheap JUST to sell them at a profit, it would violate the law. I want to buy guns cheap and keep them. I know that I will get some that are beter than others so I will get rid of the dogs. As my intent for buying these guns is not to make money but just to get some good guns, I think I am O.K.

I just did the math and I think she forgot to add my other M44! I told her 5 SKSs and 1 M44 but then I told her to make it 2 M44s but I think she forgot to add the second one in the order.

Also they are all sold out so I had to back order them. I may never get them if they don't get another shippment.

I'm sure that they will get more Yugo SKSs and M44s. Thoses things are everywhere. I hope.
