North Dakota Concealed weapons permit..

Does anybody know a good place to find information from the state? I'm considering getting one this summer. I read on one sight you only had to be 18 to get one? This cant be right can it?


and in case people check my profile, yes, I am a newbie, yes, I am 19. but i am also a life member of the NRA and have been an avid hunter/shooter for years.
