Lesser known 45

I guess I'm one of maybe 4 or 5 here that don't own a .45acp handgun. The 1911 is just too darn common so that excludes it from my possibles list. (flame away) I just would rather have something different. I've never really heard much about the Pardini 45. Is it such a specialized model that it doesn't enter mainstream circles or something else? I can't imagine it's a lack of quality being from Pardini.

First one I've seen. Looks neat. I like the placement of the controls, easily reached with one hand. Grip angle looks similar to a Glock. I'm assuming it carries a lofty pricetag?

I like the looks of it. Never seen one before.
Looks like you'll have to get it and let us know how it shoots.

The 9mm version was used in The Transporter by the lead bank robber. :)

I haven't heard of it and will stick with my 1911's, but it does look like an interesting pistol! :)

I don't like the price, well above what I'm willing to spend on a handgun.
Otherwise looks intresting. I second the question about how well does it shoot.

Pardini is known for their high-end target pistols, and their .45 is probably no exception.

I see the price as being right in line ithother high-end pistols myself. After all, you get what you pay for.

I like it.
Edges look a little too edgy for me though. Nuthin' a good melt treatment couldn't fix.
Price is a little too high though.

I like it too.
I wonder though,if they are all going to have the importer marks highlighted so obtrusively.
I wouldn't kick it out of bed for eating crackers!

The pistol is stocked by (Dan) Nygord Precision in Prescott, AZ. The pistols are supposed to be guaranteed for 2" @ 50 yards. Popular with some bullseye shooters.
I almost bought one, but didn't because I couldn't see spending over a grand on an aluminum framed pistol.
