Winchester USA 9mm 115 JHP velocity is advertised at 1225 fps. If you chronographed it from a 4"-5" barrel, then I'd like to know the average velocity. If you tested it for penetration and expansion, then I'd like to hear the results. (I know Ammo Lab did, but I can't remember the numbers. If you have them then please tell.) Thanks.

I don't remember the velocity offhand, but, the penetration came in at 14" and the expansion was aroun .62". I have fired this round thru 3 layers of an issued field jacket into wet newsprint and got the same expansion.
