Springfield 1911 9mm pistol OPINION??

Hi I was in my local shop and the gal behind the counter knows I have a soft spot for 1911s so she pulls out a used Springfield 1911 with a matte finish the only twist is that its a 9MM. Do any of you own a 1911 9mm ?? If so how does it shoot?? Do you like it.:)

Hello. I've had great luck with a 9mm 1911 though it's not a Springfield. I've never had SA 1911s in anything but .45 ACP, but have been generally happy with the Springfield pistols. I have read that some of the SA 1911 9mm pistols do seem to be pretty tightly chambered such that some, but not all were having some problems with this.
