I just won an auction for a CZ-52 and I want to know if I can be certain of useing my C&R FFL or if it might have to go to a regular FFL dealer. I know it depends on the attitude of the seller but disregaurding this, shouldn't it be considered a C&R?

I believe they all are, in fact, C&R.

I don't think the 9mms are.

Oh yeah. I didn't the 9mm ones. I just meant the plain old CZ-52.

Thanks.

If you live in California, you can't have a C&R handgun sent to your dor, with just a regular Type 03. You need to get another certificate through the state, to have C&R handguns shipped directly to you.

jayhway,
Oh course you do. Cali has more laws than the entire rest of the country. I don't live there, I live in Indiana and our laws are a little less nuts.

We have other stupid laws to make up for the sane gun laws though. We can't buy alcohol on Sunday. Why? I don't know? I think it has something to do with the metric system or maybe daylight savings.

Cali is not ALL bad.:D At least you can buy beer on "the Lord's day" What if you go to chruch on SAT? Hmmm?:scrutiny:
