I really like the .17 round and wanted to do this to my ruger 10/22. (see link above)

Anyone have any experience with this conversion and if so how did it work out?

What about this company? should I be looking at any other manufacturers?

check out rimfirecentral.com. There are a lot of serious 10/22 guys there and there have been posts about the EABCO conversion.

That is a nice conversion, but is the .17 worth anything? I have no experience with it.
