Wife's weapon of choice is a 2" Ruger SP-101. She is somewhat ammo sensitive. The gun is a .357, but she was unhappy with the .38 +P's. Any recommendations on low recoiling defense ammo?
Thanks
Vance

Federal 125gr nyclads if you can find them.If not,federal 110gr personal defense hydroshok.Winchester also make a non +P silvertip,i can't remember if it's 110 or 125gr.The federal load above are not +P's.

The best cure for recoil sensitivity is shooting. Build up the power level slowly. With enough volume she'll be wanting more magnums and then she'll be a better shooter armed with more effective ammo. As an aside you'll get to go to the range more too.:D

I use the Winchester "white box" 110gr jhp .357's for the low recoil in my 3" sp101. Try em you'll like em.
