First off, I'd just like to say Hi! to all and I'm happy to be a member of your top-notch forum --
Last night, I was fortunate enough to have bought a Ruger P90DC .45 w/SS finish (paid $425 in mint cond.) I would very much appreciate your overall opinions on this semi-auto.
Thanks heaps, people...looking forward to your replies.

I used to own one with the de-cocker. It never malfunctioned, shot well, and was accurate enough. I traded it in on a S&W 4516 because the 4516 is smaller. You have a good gun.

Welcome to the forum!
Ruger Autos are built like tanks. I like em better with the Hogue finger groove grips as well. I've always thought their .45's were underrated. Good gun, good value.
Enjoy!

It should prove to be a very reliable handgun and last a lifetime, if you do not have them the Hogue grips are a nice improvement.

like mine alot, carry it every day,
never a glitch,
in fact,
am looking forward to some Crimson trace laser grips for it in the very near future
would not recomend nylon holster, the muzzle is starting to "crown" out the bottom of my uncle mikes
good luck,
play safe
and enjoy

Thanks, gents -- the general consensus seems to be that I'm in possession of a pretty fine gun. Good value, sturdy & reliable, fires without a glitch....exactly what I was hoping to hear.
Giving its 1st test run Sunday in the woods--think I'm gonna enjoy this!
(Think I'll get those Hogue grips too).
Again, thanks....
