rem. mod 700 titanium good moa??

saw a used mod in 308 for $700. does that sound like a good price, and do they have good moa?

That is an excellent price. I have the .308 and it is hard to go over an inch (3 shot groups) at 100 yards with just about anything I shoot, and that usually holds up at 200 yards (under 2") if I do my part. I love my Ti!
