Opinions on Meprolight trudot sights?

Has anyone used the meprolight trudot sights on their handgun? I would appreciate any thoughts/opinions about them. Thank you.

I have them on my G30, paid $65.00 for them and installed them myself. IMO, one of the best bargains in sights.

I own two sets. Great product. Remeber to check to make sure they work. A gunsmith said he had issues with everyones sites occasional (read rarely) haveing a bad batch or just a bad sight. It happens. My sites work just fine and are equal to all others in my humble opinion.

Came stock on my TLE. Put them on my PM9. May put them on my CZ.

I have them on my Glock. It shoots a little low because I think the front sight is a little high. Other than that, I really don't see the difference between Mepros and Trijicons other than price and availability.

Thanks all for your replies. How are these sights during the day? Are they bright like Hi-Viz sights?

I have a set that I bought from RockJock, thanks RockJock, and I like them .
In daylight they function like normal sights, the tritium inserts have a white ring painted around them so they look like normal sights.

i swtiched to Mepro's after trying and not liking Trijicon. the Mepro's are brighter and are designed the same way as the stock sights. i give them the thumbs up over Trij.

Have sets of TruDots on two pistols, and love them both. If I ever get around to putting night sights on the rest, they'll all be Mepros.

I'm partial to the Heinie Straight Eights. Something about the stacked dots I can line up very fast and accurately. VMMY of course.

They came installed on my G30.
No complaints.
They still glow, which is what matters!! ;)
