Hi all,
In 1942 Ordnance was looking to expand production of the M1 Garand Rifle at Springfield Armory in a new building. The question is "What percentage of the workers would be female labor better known as "Rosie the Riveter."?
Have fun and remember in that war we ALL worked together.

That data will be in Vol. 3 of The Garand Papers. Right now I have out two Vol. which are the Ordnance files, covering 1920 to 1939. It's not what I think they said you have the file right there.
I have two sites up with different Ordnance files on them.
