I'm looking for a deal on a three or four inch M657, or a short-barreled nickel M57.

I might pick up another shotgun too. A Winchester 97 would be nice.

CZ P-01
Taurus Tracker 627

And if I can find the resources, a nice Kel Tec SU-16.

Let's just make this guns overall, since I have quite a few now and am looking for only a few more to come full circle.

Right now I have (in order of purchase) a Henry lever action 22 LR, Colt HBAR 223, Remington 870, Remington 597 22 mag, Taurus 66 357 mag, and Liberty II 12 gauge. Next is some sort of pocket pistol (still searching). Eventually I want tupperware in a pistol (Glock or Sig). After that I do not know what I want until the time gets closer.

DSA FAL
Kahr P45
SIG P226 ST
HK P2000

First purchase is gonna be a HK USP Expert being custom built from the frame up by Bruce Gray. I'd tell you the price but you'd cry. :what:

For 2005.

A SA 1911A1 that I can customize.

Honestly, I think that I've come to the end of my gun buying. I need to look at the few that I have and give them updates.

But you have to realize, I have fewer then Tam but more then AM (sorry AM, your a friend and I had to make at point). I have a C&R and will most likely get are few more rifles (did I mention, I don't like rifles and I have more then I really want, including an entire set of SKS rifles :( ).

For my list for next year:

Ammo, and more ammo, and then some ammo to keep the original ammo happy.

FM Hi-power, may or may not get chromed and get a pair of pimp grips (ivory or pearl) as well as the gold trigger and the gold hammer. I believe that every man should have a pimp gun.

Night sights for the HK. She/It should have a pair.

A .32 cylinder for the Nagant. I've yet to fire that pistol :(.

A real safe. Not a homark or a sentrey but a real safe. With what I have, maybe two real safes, depends on how well I can pack things.

HK USP .45 12 round mags, if my gun store can get them.

1. Lots of ammo....then more ammo
2. DSA Fal or JLD PTR91
3. HK USP.45

If the opportunity presents itself:

1. Snubby hammerless revolver
2. Mosin Nagant rifle
3. A rack grade CMP Garand to keep my SA Garand company

1. EBR with as many evil features as possible. (16" threaded barrel, flash hider, accessory rail with forward grip, collapsible stock, bayonet lug, Beta-C mag . . . )

Listed in order desired:

1938 Tula PEM Sniper

1916 Tula "Peter the Great" M91 (Have a line on one)

1916 Izhevsk M91

1916 M95 Nagant revolver (No I was not born in 1916, nor am I that much into WWI. One of my first Mosins was a 1916 Sestroryetsk, which is the harder of the three Russian arsenals to find. And I have a 1916 BSA No. 1 MkIII SMLE.)
AMD-65 (Currently in process)

Makarov

K98k or M48

Some sort of 9mm pistol, to go with my Kel-Tec (Not S&W, even though that's what the grip frame is.) Probably an XD.

.50 BMG something!

AK-74 build

Romak-3 build

.223 Handi-Rifle

Kel-Tec SU-16

More Mosins! :D

Of course, what I'll end up with is:

about 6 or seven more M38's and M44's, and a Makarov.

Not in any particular order:

DSA FAL
Marlin 45/70 Guide Gun
Bushmaster
G20
KAHR K40
2nd S&W 649
2nd HK USP Compact .45

Just wishful thinking. Susan's medical bills have us in debt up to our eyebrows, so none of it is likely to happen (and I feel a little guilty wanting what's on that list, but. . .).

First thing I need to get, so we can start practicing, is a matched set of blackpowder rifles. The wife wants to try black powder for elk this year, so we have to get the guns if she wants to prove to me shes ready.

After that, I have a pretty huge hole in my collection. Since trading away my SP-101 I have NO .357 revolver. I want to fix this soon.

I would like to get an EBR, but as long as the political climate stays like it is, that keeps moving down the list of priorities. It would help if my Marlin lever-action .357 wasn't so much fun and so accurate. Out to about 100 yards, I'm not sure there is anything I can do with my Marlin that I could actually do better with an AR.

Other than that, I am really more interested in accesories this year. Maybe making some modifications to my Saiga to make it more of an EBR, new grips for some of my guns. And, I want to start reloading. For Christmas, I had my wife get me The ABC's of Reloading, so I can start learning.

Guns I want? Here's a quick list:

.300 WSM built by GA Precision with a Nightforce NXS on top

Rock River AR15

A couple of spare SKS's

Mauser 6.5X55

Finish building my 10/22

What will I get? Well, I'm planning on finishing the 10/22. Who knows what the new year will bring, though? Who knows, maybe a fabulously rich relative :scrutiny: that I've never met will leave me a fortune, or I'll win the Powerball lottery. Unfortunately, my family tree needs water, and I don't buy lottery tickets. But hey, I can hope! :neener:

Gonna finish my AR (need a barrel and the specialty tools to assemble it). Other than that, I have no concrete plans. I'll probably spend gun money on reloading supplies and accessories for guns I already have.

A S&W M27 in good+ condition, for a decent price. I'd probably take a nickeled version if possible, but blued is good too.

A good shotgun. I'm thinking Stevens 311 in 12 gauge(with double triggers and 3 inch chambers, the way God intended it) or an 870 in the same.

A Springfield 1911 Milspec.

A lot of ammo.

Oh, man. What I want... pretty much everything.

A 12 guage of some sort,
my SW1911 back from my Dad,
A shooter Garand, before they all go away,
Maybe a K98 mauser, before they all go away,
a blackpowder rifle,
an EBR of the M4gery variety
a wheelgun in .357 or larger,
a tricked out racegun,
another carry piece,
Maybe a hunting rifle, a Ruger #1 or something,
a CZ, because I've heard such great things about them.
a 9mm autoloader of some sort to start toying with IDPA.

That's about it. For this year. :)

"What guns do you want to buy?"

All of them!!

The 8mm Mauser is always a good choice. Ammo is about as cheap as can be (spare 22lr) and accuracy is amazing. I've already got two! I would suggest an m48 (short edition).

BTW - 8mm Mausers in anywhere from Good to Very Good condition go for about $80 here in Tucson -- how much are you guys paying?

At least one of all of them, but it's a little out of my budget. I'll be happy if I manage to get my Oly Arms PCR-8 Mag complete by 2006. Financially, I shouldn't buy more than that. But I will. Probably a CZ/Tanfolgio/Jehrico 45 ACP and the CZ SP-01 if it's out this year. Maybe a couple more AR projects. Maybe another 10mm. A CZ 75B SA in .40 if I find a deal.

Right now I'm thinking, SP-101 (once I've found a new home for the Taurus 66) and tart up my Mini-14 a bit (easier to work with what I have than stretch for a new EBR). I think of these as refining the collection.

1. LRB M14SA - Either one put together by a competent M14-smith ($$$), or one of LRB's own complete builds ($$$). LRB is said to manufacture the best USGI-spec (w/o full auto) receivers since the rifles were in production for the US DoD in the early and mid-60s. Some say they are of even better quality than those produced by most of the original USGI M14 manufacturers!

2. Pre-'94 Bushy Lower - I live in an unfree state. :fire: I already have a Bushy carbine (sans evil features), I would like to be able to build up an 20" A4-gery with sinister bayonet lug and flash suppressor.

I'm gonna have to buy/build an AR15. I probably can't afford it. Sure don't need it. But I'm always being picked on because I'm the only guy on the block that doesn't have an evil black rifle. :o

I'll also need to move closer to work (and the range) so I have more down time for playing with said AR.

I think this year I want to get some reloading equipment, and possibly start having a few of my guns re-finished.

Maybe a Marlin lever action in 41 mag, also.

After my last 2 purchases (P99 + S&W 500) I think im done for awhile. At some point I would like to pickup a S&W 657 .41mag, but I am in no hurry to do so.

I plan on buying an M1 Garand from CMP, a Ruger 10/22, a SIG P220 and either a SIG P225 or P239. Should be a fun year!

Hmmm...
Well I want alot of guns, but those I can realistically look to save up for kinda shorten the list a 'lil.

Lets see,

-high-end or custom AK
-an AR
-FN FiveseveN
-maybe a shotgun of some sort, Remington 870 marine magnum would be nice
-Remington 700 PSS, along with scope & bipod
-1911

Probably won't end up getting any of these, but maybe just maybe a custom ak will find itself in my possession.

(2) Colt SAA .45colt 4 3/4"bbl
(3) Kel Tec p3at .380
(4) Browning Buckmark 5.5 field .22lr
That should hold me for a while!

I already HAVE guns, I don't NEED any more guns, or so I am told from time to time. What I don't have is an Apache helicopter. Payback is hell!

For 2005, provided my back gets better, I plan to spend most of my cash on ammo and training.

However, there are four guns I plan to pick up in 2005.

A Marlin 1894 in .357
An older Wingmaster or Ithaca 37
A Springfield GI for a project
A S&W K frame .38 (either M10, M15, M13, or M19)

I bought the Springfield GI yesterday so I'm already on the right track... :D

All of them, of course.

Realisticly, seeing as how I just got my .357 revolver, I'm looking to branch out into either a 1911, pump shotgun, black powder(flintlock, percussion cap, etc...), falling block, double barrel, drilling...

My collection goal: One of each action, in firing condition. I want it to take weeks to teach somebody how to work them all. I have so far: single shot shotgun, semi-auto shotgun, 2 military semis, lever-action, semi-auto .22 rifle, semi-auto pistols(2), revolvers(2), bolt action. :neener:

I've noticed that I like .30 caliber rifles, and CZ pistols.
